iPhone pickup reservation service

How it works

1. Send us the iPhone you want (model, color, storage), where you can pick it up, and what you'd pay for the help.
2. We reply by email to agree the fee, confirm what we can do and how we'll reach you quickly (text or call).
3. We watch Apple Store pickup availability for your exact iPhone and act the moment a nearby store has it.
4. The order is placed in your name, because Apple requires the person collecting a pickup order to show ID that matches it. You pay Apple for the iPhone directly, at Apple's price.
5. Once you have a confirmed Apple pickup reservation, we charge the service fee we agreed.

Terms

• Fee. Agreed with you by email before we start, charged only after you have a confirmed Apple pickup reservation for the iPhone you asked for. If we can't secure one, you pay nothing.
• No guarantee. Apple controls its stock and its reservations. We can't promise a reservation, a date, or that it will be sooner than Apple's own estimate.
• The iPhone itself. You buy it from Apple, in your name, at Apple's price. Apple's terms, returns and warranty apply to it. Our fee is separate from Apple's price.
• Payment. We take the fee through Stripe, by a payment link or invoice we email you. We never ask for your Apple ID password.
• Refunds. If Apple cancels the reservation before you collect it for a reason that isn't yours, we refund the fee.
• Not Apple. Apple Inventory Checker is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc.
• Your details. We use what you send only to provide this service and to reply to you. See our privacy policy and terms of service.
